SELF SEEN is a local organisation specifically for men struggling with mental health. All men are welcome to go for a BBQ Breakfast, Beach Walk and some healthy conversations with other blokes every Sunday from 7am at Shelly Beach in Port and at Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills.
